The activation can be performed anytime, anywhere. Close your eyes and do an opening prayer of your own mentally or verbally. I like the EHYEH ASHER EHYEH repeated 13 times with your awareness focused in the higher heart chakra, your Alpha Chakra and your Omega chakra.( the point about 12 inches above your head and the point about 12 inches below your feet) Now see, feel, imagine golden light pouring through the top of your crown and going down your inner tube(spine) and meeting in the heart center . At the same time see, feel, imagine golden light pouring up through your feet and meeting at the higher heart center. Feel this energy of Love and Light start to grow in your heart and form into a blazing sun. Now expand this sun out around your body so that you now have a large sun around the bodies and still have the smaller more intense sun in the higher heart. And see, feel , imagine the golden light pouring from your crown and feet meeting in the heart center and expanding out to the larger field that surrounds you and back through the head and feet and so on in constant flow.
